The shipping & cancellation & returns policy set out the basis on which you purchase from and use our website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information. Shipping Terms & Conditions
Unframed items are shipped free world wide. If you want framed items we can ship to you - please contact us for a shipping quote. Delivery Policy
All items are sent via insured mail requiring a signiture. Due to the fragile and scarcity nature of the items this is mandatory for all items. For high value items there will be an additional cost for insurance. The items are shipped in a single order once all items are available and you will only be charged once for delivery but the items may be split across multiple packages that may arrive at different times. It is the purchasers responsibility to choose the correct shipping location. Richard Goodall Gallery Limited reserves the right to refuse orders if the delivery location and payment is different from the location of actual delivery, or for any other reason without explaination. Posters are sent in crush proof shipping tubes. Orders are usually processed within 2 working days, and UK delivery is within another 3 working days. However in some circumstances delivery and order completion may take longer. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery of items. Any longer delays and we will notify you. All items are sent to be signed for. Check the packaging before you sign for it - if it is damaged in any way refuse the delivery and it will be sent back to us. Once you sign for it you are agreeing that the package has been recieved in perfect condition and that is the end of the shipping insurance. All our items are packed and then checked by a second person to make sure that they are in mint condition before being shipped. Please take care when removing the posters from tubes as damage in removing them is not coverable by returns. Remember do not sign for it if it is bashed or damaged - it was perfect when it left us. We send hundreds of packages each week and only a small amount get damaged but please do check. Overseas Shipments
Items can be shipped to any country. The purchaser assumes any and all responsibilities and liabilities for importing the goods into the destination country and any and all charges that may arise from the purchase of the goods. Richard Goodall Gallery Limited accepts no resposibility for any costs, fees, fines or charges resulting from importation of goods, incorrect information supplied or any other act associated with the delivery of the goods. All goods that are leaving the UK are exported with full documentation and notification to the United Kingdom Customs and Excise Service. There are no exeptions to this policy. Retrun Policy
Richard Goodall Gallery Limited will not accept returns of items after 7 days unless they are damaged in transit. In such circumstances Richard Goodall Gallery must be notified at returns@richardgoodallgallery.com and an RMA requested within 7 days of receipt of goods fully describing the damage. All damage is subject to external verification by the courier service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly accept a return for refund or credit within 7 days (less s+h and restocking fee). If you wish to return goods you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Goods will not be accepted as returns without an RMA. When requesting and RMA to return goods, email us using the contact us link via the button at the top right of the screen and include your name, address and brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the items, and the order number. All returns that are not due to damage in transit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cancellation Policy
If you are in the UK only under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of items specifically ordered for you and custom order frames). You may cancel your order at any time before it is despatched, however all orders cancelled after 7 working days will be subject to a 5% administration charge of the total value of the order including shipping. |
