You can browse by category on the top left or search by designer, band or genre middle left to find all the products for that specific criteria.

Searching by Band / Designer / Genre Once you are on a product or on a product list clicking the designer name will show all products by that designer, the band will show all products related to that band, the same for genre.

Shipping
Shipping is based on the number of items you order and where you live. For non poster and print items the shipping charges may be more than are shown on the site especially if you are outside the UK. This is due to recent changes in the way the post office charges for shipping, on size and weight now not just size. IF you are ordering larger items please email us and we will get a shipping cost for you. If it is too much you do not need to continue with the order. We do not make money on shipping what it costs us to box and ship is what it costs you. We appreciate the needs of collectors and so package things properly to avoid damage. Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are your responsibility when the item is delivered. Richard Goodall Gallery accepts no responsibility or liability for any charges that may arise due to overseas shipments. Large items such as 20 Inch Dunny are too big for the UK post office and will be shipped Fed-ex. all items are shipped requiring a signature and insured. Once the package arrives you must check its conditions before singing for it. Once you sign for it you are accepting that it has arrived in acceptable condition, this ends the insurance on the delivery. If it is damaged or based in anyway refuse the delivery or sign for it damaged by transit. It is imperative you do this or you will not have the package insured. Please also let us know immediately

Prices In Multiple Currencies £ € $
You can see prices on the website in £ € and $. The charging price is £. The € and $ amounts are for information guide only and are converted using the daily rate of the day. The price you will be charged will not be exactly this amount. You will always be charged in UK £ and this will be converted to your currency by either Paypal or your credit card company, at their rate at the time of purchase. This conversion will determine the exact amount of your order in your currency. The price in £ has not changed.

Payment
We use Paypal and Barclays as our payment provider with 128bit secure encryption to ensure that the transaction is secure. All you need is a credit card to order. Paypal does not require you to have an account.

Special Orders and Out Of Stock Items
Occasionally due to the limited nature of the items we sell there will be times when an item is out of stock even though it appears on the website. Most of our items are not replaceable so if it is out of stock you will get a full refund. We apologize if this happens occasionally.
