Shipping Terms & Conditions
Due to changes in the UK Post Office charging model (size and weight now not just weight) the prices on the site for shipping Toys and Skate Decks overseas may not be correct. If you are ordering more than one toy or deck or a combination of toys and other items from outside the UK please email us (use the contact us button at the top right of the screen) and we will let you know the shipping price, or choose the shipping quote from the checkout page and we can get you the cheapest quote. We are working on a way around this but for the time being it sucks we know. Very Large Items such as the Dunny 20 Inch are too big for the UK post office to ship so they will be sent Fed-Ex

Shipping costs are based on the number of items ordered, the location to where they are shipped and the type and cost or the item., If you want to ask us anything about these terms & conditions or have any comments or complaints on or about our website, please email us at using the contact us button at the top right of your screen. All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.

Delivery Policy
All items are sent via insured mail requiring a signature. Due to the fragile and scarcity nature of the items this is mandatory for all items. For high value items there will be an additional cost for insurance. The items are shipped in a single order once all items are available and you will only be charged once for delivery but the items may be split across multiple packages that may arrive at different times. It is the purchasers responsibility to choose the correct shipping location. Richard Goodall Gallery Limited reserves the right to refuse orders if the delivery location and payment is different from the location of actual delivery, or for any other reason without explanation. Posters are sent in crush proof shipping tubes. Orders are usually processed within 2 working days, and UK delivery is within another 3 working days. However in some circumstances delivery and order completion may take longer. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery of items. Any longer delays and we will notify you.

Overseas Shipments
Items can be shipped to any country. The purchaser assumes any and all responsibilities and liabilities for importing the goods into the destination country and any and all charges that may arise from the purchase of the goods. Richard Goodall Gallery Limited accepts no responsibility for any costs, fees, fines or charges resulting from importation of goods, incorrect information supplied or any other act associated with the delivery of the goods. All goods that are leaving the UK are exported with full documentation and notification to the United Kingdom Customs and Excise Service. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Return Policy
Richard Goodall Gallery Limited will not accept returns of items after 7 days unless they are damaged in transit. In such circumstances Richard Goodall Gallery must be notified at returns@richardgoodallgallery.com and an RMA requested within 7 days of receipt of goods fully describing the damage. All damage is subject to external verification by the courier service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly accept a return for refund or credit within 7 days (less s+h and restocking fee). If you wish to return goods you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Goods will not be accepted as returns without an RMA. When requesting and RMA to return goods, email us using the contact us link via the button at the top right of the screen and include your name, address and brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the items, and the order number. All returns that are not due to damage in transit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of items specifically ordered for you and custom order frames). You may cancel your order at any time before it is despatched, however all orders cancelled after 7 working days will be subject to a 5% administration charge of the total value of the order including shipping.

Shipping Rates for Posters
Within the UK shipping rates for posters are £5 for the first poster and £1 for each additional poster.

Within Continental Europe shipping rates for posters are £6 for the first poster and £1.50 for each additional poster.

Rest of the World shipping rates for posters are £9.50 for the first poster and £2.50 for each additional poster.
Other items have the excess shipping if any is required included within the purchase price - this is shown in the product descriptions.
